The PharmD degree is a four-year, full-time professional program. The rigorous curriculum combines basic and pharmaceutical sciences training and with extensive clinical application. Students spend the first three years in the classroom, and complete one-month rotations during their summer breaks. This allows students to apply what they have learned in their lectures and gives them early exposure to clinical practice.
During their final year of training, students complete nine four-week clinical rotations, gaining valuable experience in different practice settings. Rotations include training in advanced community pharmacy, advanced hospital, ambulatory care, drug information, geriatrics, internal medicine and much more.
