When you have a request for routine maintenance call the Physical Plant at extension 1610. Once your request is received it is entered into our work order system and assigned a work order number. It is then assigned to the appropriate division. We will respond to all requests in a timely manner.
Departmental requests for service are submitted on a campus requisition with the Department Heads signature, budget line item and budget code charge number. The more specific your request, the easier it is for us to meet your needs. If we need clarification it will speed up our response.
Special event set-ups should be submitted on a requisition 48 hours in advance for small events. For large, events such as Homecoming please notify us two weeks in advance.
Key Request must be submitted on a requisition, singed by the department Dean. They must include name of person receiving key and cannot be assigned to a key box.
Moving of furniture of equipment requests a 48-hour notice by requisition. Personal items are the responsibility of the owner.
