Clinics

Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday there will be an athletic training student at the swimming pool between 6am-8am. Going to the pool will help build up cardio endurance. She will be there to help anyone there in need of assistance.

The first clinic will be Wednesday Feb. 3rd at 11am-noon and will be held in the Convocation Center. Here we will discuss methods of nutrition and ways to incorporate exercises into everyone's individual lifestyle and schedules then, those who are interested can participate in a power-walking session in the Convocation Center arena. Every Monday and Wednesday there will be power-walking in the Convocation Center arena at 12 noon.

The clinics will vary weekly, an update will be sent out regarding what will be discussed in the clinics.

If you cannot make the clinics but still want the information please contact
