Wells Fargo (Trust Center Intern) Austin, TX May 2012-August 2012 responsibilities included working closely with senior management and trust administrators to assist them in day to day operations. Reading, interpreting and applying will and trust document language to specific situations, including but not limited to Irrevocable, Revocable, Custody, and Agency account reviews, Discretionary Distribution requests, and Account Closings. Facilitated day to day account maintenance, including administering account ticklers for periodic disbursements, statements and taxpayer identification; imaging documents to appropriate accounts; analyzing and resolving account overdraft issues; confirming account memorandum ticklers with field offices and taking pertinent action; and transferring accounts to different trust centers through transition tool interface. Completed the Austin Tank Farm Project that included communicating directly with approximately 160 beneficiaries to answer questions about the closing process of their trust account, while also making sure they completed the appropriate documentation needed by Wells Fargo to facilitate the account closing process. As I developed proficiency with Wells Fargo’s day to day operating systems, I became a viable resource on research projects that arose on various accounts, such as fee discrepancies, missing beneficiaries, and outstanding audit report items. JC Penney (Shoe Department) Pineville, NC May 2010-August 2010 responsibilities included providing great customer service, meeting productivity goal sales for the month, performing opening and closing duties and procedures, and showing a positive and professional image for the work environment. Circuit City (Customer Service Associate) Charlotte, NC November 2007-January 2009 responsibilities included use of Point of Sales system, providing services such as returns, special orders, scheduling of home deliveries and inventory checks at the customer service desk. Always focusing on going above and beyond expectations required showing great customer satisfaction. My personal skills include producing and writing up invoices, business contracts, and business proposals as I assist my father with all paperwork needed to run a professional and successful business. U.S. Trust, Bank of America, Los Angeles, CA, worked in the downtown Los Angeles office alongside a team of three trust administrative officers and three trust officers from June-August 2011.  Tasks included:  helping the team and office prepare for internal auditing by recording and then transporting open accounts to a secure location and then sending off closed accounts to storage; stored and imaged documents onto a paperless computer system; and aided our market in compiling future fees.  Campbell University Athletic Department, Buies Creek, NC, performed a broad list of duties from August 2007-November 2010.  This included being the official scorekeeper for Campbell University men’s and women’s soccer, announcer for Campbell University softball and baseball games, a scoreboard operator for Campbell University men’s and women’s basketball, and official play-by-play recorder for Campbell University football games.  Other time was spent as an office assistant filing sports documents and photos from when Campbell University first started their Athletic programs.  Beach Shop and Grill, Topsail Beach, NC, extensive training in the kitchen reaffirming skills in the cooking arts from May-August 2010.  Held position as kitchen manager on Monday nights.  Managerial duties included working the grill, creating specials, and managing a list of employees; including cooks, dishwashers, and expediters.  Other nightly duties involved prepping mass quantities of food and cooking large orders.  Cooking duties varied from sautéing, grilling, and frying on a nightly basis.  Gained extensive experience in the field of catering, holding the position of sous chef.  Catering duties included managing time and labor to successfully prepare and serve large quantities of food and transporting prepared food to the desired location.  Beach Shop and Grill, Topsail Beach, NC, trained in the culinary art of cooking and plating gourmet dishes as the head fry cook from May-July 2009.  Performed duties alongside head chef taking in valuable information on how to prepare and cook four-star quality meals.  Duties included:  extensive training on operating kitchen machinery, inventing new recipe ideas, cooking on both the grill and fryer, looking over invoices to help restock the restaurant, learning how to prep food for large amounts of guests, and handling orders quickly and efficiently.  Beach Shop and Grill, Topsail Beach, NC, performed waiting services for customers from May-August 2008.  Work experience involved having above-par social skills and the ability to remember ample information.  Became proficient with using computer software to take orders and learned how to take on a leadership role by training future employees.

Responsibilities were to make an organized and accurate list of locations and put them on to Google Maps. The internship involved completing the Video Bio Project. This included researching and gathering data, setting up a plan of action, interviewing all Doctors that work for CEENTA. The next step was to edit all videos in a uniform fashion and put the final product onto the company website. Also this internship included researching and gathering data on social media, and then creating most appropriate sites for the company to get involved with. Lastly, this internship involved editing television shows that had CEENTA Doctors involved and putting them onto the social media sites. Assuring that the parts and other components of the store are stocked correctly and promptly. Supervising the complete inventory of the store for 2 months, assuming the role of Inventory Manager. Assuming managerial duties, which include: administrative tasks, managing a group of up to 6 individuals, handling any employee and/or customer issues and assisting closing down the store. Also, auditing cash registers and depositing money from daily transactions into the store safe.  Andy’s Burgers, Shakes and Fries. Stedman, NC. July 2006 – May 2008. Job Title: Manager, Grill Chef and Waiter. Duties included: Preparing and serving various meals and side orders, serving customers with their meals, managing a staff of up to 8 people, handling any customer and/or employee disputes and insuring that the operations of the store ran smoothly. Also, handled the financial aspects of the store which included: performing paid-out transactions, issuing credit card tips, counting earned money at the end of the day, filling out all necessary paperwork and depositing extra funds in the local bank.
