Worked with center managers on the Statement Recipient Review Project which consisted of collecting data from and about vested remainder beneficiaries. Collaborated with Wells Fargo Trust interns across the nation to complete and present a case study to senior managers. The study required us to go through the life cycle of an account, from the opening to settling of the estate. Corresponded by phone & in writing on behalf of Wells Fargo with Elder Services vendors, Wells Fargo Elder Services Specialists and remainder beneficiaries. Assisted team members by analyzing and interpreting trust documents for opening and closing accounts, completing FiTT transmittal packages, reviewing Discretionary Action Requests and completing Annual Account Reviews. Responsibilities included working closely with senior management and trust administrators to assist in day to day operations by reading, interpreting and applying trust document language to specific situations. Facilitated day to day account maintenance, including; imaging documents to appropriate accounts; analyzing and resolving account overdraft issues. Completed the Austin Tank Farm Project which included communicating directly with approximately 50 beneficiaries, answering questions about the closing process and confirming the completion of appropriate documentation needed by Wells Fargo to close the account. North Carolina Youth Federation President (2012- present) Plan events and programs for the teens and young adults (15-35) in the NC church Conference, under the South Atlantic Conference. The conference spans Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina, There is one President of each state. Each term lasts for two years. Division C Science Olympiad, Assistant Coach (2010-present) Duties include preparing students for regional, state, and national competitions. Specializing in building, medical, chemistry, and math related events. Organizing tournament schedules, packing competition totes, as well as training every student as individuals and in teams. While also tracking the allocation of raised and school allotted funds to the program. Food Service Engineer (2011-2012) Duties included managing the floor and the food preparation and training a crew of five in food preparation.
