Campbell University Residence Life, Resident Advisor, Buies Creek, NC; August 2009 - May 2012: Duties consist of supervising a freshman residence hall to serve as a mentor and counselor while also ensuring residents are abiding by university rules and regulations. Responsibilities include hall maintenance and cleanliness issues. Display leadership skills on a day-to-day basis, serve as a role model, and lead by example for freshman students.  Bank of America, GWIM Summer Analyst, Hartford, CT, June - August 2011 and June - August 2012: Serviced clients in the High Net Worth division. Administrative responsibilities included interpreting trust documents for administrative purposes, working with Trust officers to develop an estate plan for clients, and working client events. Worked proficiently with Administrative Review Systems, Trust Web, and PACE.  Citizens South Bank, Union County, NC, Customer Service provider and Rover Teller, May - August 2010: Traveled throughout Union County to several different branches who were in need of extra assistance. Duties as Teller included dealing with transactions and customer service at the branch level. Customer service consisted of handling cashier’s checks, selling of savings bond and redemptions, closing accounts, check ordering and limited account research.
