April 2010 – May 2011. Taught children aged 3-7 water safety, skills, and techniques. Supervised pool patrons and enforced pool rules. June-August 2013: Performed the daily tasks of a High Net Worth Trust Administrative Officer; Completed discretionary requests and administrative review questionnaires; Learned how to use systems such as PACE, TrustWeb, CMO, and FIRST; Worked in Park Cities, Downtown Dallas, and Fort Worth offices; Assisted Estate Settlement Services and Philanthropic divisions; Participated in onsite visits with Specialty Asset Management (Farm & Ranch, Real Estate). Valet, Wildcat Cliffs Country Club, Highlands, NC, May-August 2009-2012: Earned spot as lead valet by appropriately interacting with affluent members. Maintained cordial appearance to guests despite being in pressure situations that required both caution and efficiency while entrusted with their vehicles. Selected to coordinate and work private events for club members. Tutor, Campbell University, Buies Creek, NC, 2012: Achieved qualifications to work as a Math, English, and Business tutor. Duties include teaching students who are in need of support in a variety of subjects by helping them develop important study techniques in order to prepare for exams. Rental Property Assistant, Franklin, NC, 2009-2010: Assisted in rental property management by consistently caring for the lawn and performing outside maintenance duties.

Worked part time for RFK Construction between 2009- Present, doing accounting/office work and manual labor.  Worked at Java Jive Coffee Shop part time working as a cashier and barista between 2009-2011.  2012- Present, managed the store by myself and dealt with the money and closing duties. Worked part time as a cashier for Food Lion Grocery Store between May 2010- November 2010.

Matthew Kowbel

WORK EXPERIENCE:

Campbell University Athletics, Student Worker for Marketing and Promotions (Buies Creek, NC), August 2010 - Present.  Responsible for increasing student fan based attendance at athletic events; fashions ideas for event promotions and larger crowd attendance; and works very closely with students to obtain ideas and provide desired experiences.  Other responsibilities include providing assistance in producing sporting events; choosing and editing music using Game Ops Commander software; and provide instruction and guidance to younger workers. O2 Fitness Clubs, Front Desk Attendant (Fuquay, NC), June 2012 – January 2013. Responsibilities included greeting club members upon arrival and establishing relationships.  Developed experience in computing bills, collecting payment, and making changes to customer’s accounts.  Directed member and non-member phone calls.  Gained experience in opening, closing, and managing cash registers.  Proficient with ClubReady software.
