Tend to the needs of customers and meet with clients. Randy’s Fun Foods, Greensboro, NC, Summer worker, June 2011-August 2011. Team leader who managed four summer workers in the inspecting and shipping department. Oversaw inspection and shipping of all cotton candy products. Other work I have done includes local landscaping jobs. Customer service was given to all clients who requested work. Developed payment quotes and analyzed labor needs and costs. Effective and timely work done with strong reviews from clients.

Brendan McNamara

U.S. Army, Fire Support Specialist, August 2006-February 2010. Duties included maintaining $50,000 of equipment, supervising and educating one other person, constantly maintaining a government security clearance, acting as a subject matter expert and advisor to superiors, and the integration and communication of various assets including ground vehicles, personnel on foot, and aircraft. Completed Basic Combat Training, Advanced Individual Training, and Airborne School successfully on first attempt. Selected above peers to act as Company Intelligence Analyst and liaison/advisor to local intelligence personnel in Baghdad, Iraq. Catalogued over 50 intelligence reports per day over an eight month period resulting in countless criminals being detected and identified allowing local Iraqi security forces to begin pursuit. Acted as manager to eight local Interpreters resulting in constant availability of translation services and no errors in work logs. Assisted the relocation of $2,000,000 worth of equipment resulting in no losses or damage to property. Received top marks when evaluated based on current performance and future potential prior to leaving the military. Belmont Pizza, Belmont, MA, Driver, September 2010-August 2011. Responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of products to customers across an area consisting of four towns, picking up supplies, preparing ingredients, customer service, and maintaining an accurate cash count throughout the day. D.M. Home Improvement, Bedford, MA, Laborer, February 2011-July 2011. Responsible for assisting multiple tradesmen on a daily basis, picking up and dropping off building supplies, driving company vehicles to and from job sites, and maintaining accountability of company property. Hollywood Video, Shift Director, August 2005-August 2006. Duties included customer service, operating one cash register, restocking merchandise, opening and closing a video rental store, maintaining the appearance of the store, as well as supervising other employees and keeping accurate records of the transactions performed throughout the day.

Learned and operated the case management software program beginning at client intake to conclusion in a variety of practice areas; including but not limited to Wills, Estate, Family Law and Domestic Violence, managed courthouse runs to retrieve Criminal records and to file documents with the court, completed field research to improve referrals for the Legal Services Elderly hotline. Interpreted legal documents; Trust, Letters of Testamentary, Tax waivers, and Affidavit of Domicile. Remitted correspondence to clients requesting needed documents for processing of their claim. Exhibited thorough understanding of IRS guidelines, legal procedures and state statutes. Researched legal procedures to remain current on documents required for specific states and processed claims from various countries becoming the liaison between the deceased and family representative and/or attorney. Educated and assisted inbound callers with required documentation needed to process claims on deceased account owners. Closed accounts and distributed funds from Command (CAP) and brokerage accounts to beneficiaries of the deceased. Disseminated IRA beneficiary options by speaking with claimants, estate attorneys, executors and administrators. Conducted outbound calls to follow up on pending issues. Proactively monitored various work queues for account maintenance, and re-routed for escalation when applicable. Met and exceeded service level standards established by management.
