WORK EXPERIENCE:

Campbell University, Lundy-Fetterman School of Business Graduate Assistant for Admissions & Retention (August 2012-present): Duties include planning and assisting to coordinate events and activities for the Business School, MS Word and Excel document development and maintenance, mentoring students, managing and running the LFSB store, and other miscellaneous tasks from the Dean of the School of Business and Admissions and Retention Coordinator. St. Joseph of the Pines Health System; Health Center Intern (Summer 2012). Job shadowed with administration and personnel members of the system, including work with Facilities Manager, Director of Health Services, Director of Nursing, Human Resources Manager, Director of Therapy, and CEO. Attended several meetings; including patient admission, family care plans, stewardship, Board of Directors, Health and Building Inspection, and daily staff and clinical discussion. Harnett Health Systems, Betsy Johnson Regional Hospital; Human Resources Intern (Summer 2012). Performed state document audits, implementation of employee rewards system, credentialing of new and out-of-state employees, dress code policy revisions, and review of quarterly employee recognition policies. Assisted with various hospital staff enrichment activities, researched, created/edited hospital publications and internal marketing materials, and other secretarial duties. BB&T Scholar Program, Lundy-Fetterman School of Business; Student Mentor (August 2011-May 2012). Facilitated transition into college for Business students, responsible for teaching part of class, leading and motivating students to reach and exceed their goals while at Campbell. Campbell University Student Life; Resident Assistant (August 2009-May 2011). As a trained student leader, responsibilities included supervising students living in residence halls, policy enforcement, assisting students with personal and academic needs, mediator and counselor to residents, dorm program coordination, and building community.

Campbell University Campus Ministries, Resident Chaplain, Aug. 2012 - present. Provide students in and out of resident halls with confidential pastoral counseling and spiritual care as requested. Creating a continual visible presence in the resident hall. Duke-Raleigh Hospital, Performance Services Intern, Summer 2012. Assisted with budgeting and productivity processes within the hospital. Produced and provided various types of informational support to Executive and Management staff during weekly budgeting and biweekly performance meetings. Underwent a variety of time studies, observations, and data analysis and provided results to department managers with improvement suggestions. Campbell University Residence Life, Resident Assistant, 2011-2012. Organized and planned community, spiritual, physical, and educational programs for students within resident hall. Supervised activities of 90 residents in the hall. Reported on weekly activities of student behavior, needed maintenance, and janitorial needs. Family Video, Sales Associate/Representative, May 2011 - present. Provide daily customer service including renting titles and meeting weekly sales goals. Balance and manage cash flows every shift including frequent bank deposits. Manage inventories weekly of 900+ titles and sales inventory.
