Riddick and Windley, Ace Hardware and U.S. Cellular Authorized Agent, Belhaven, NC, Salesperson; October 2007-July 2010: Duties included greeting and assisting customers, recording inventory adjustments and pricing merchandise accordingly, correcting inventory shrinkage, analyzing sales trends to determine movement of products, establishing which products should be discontinued, analyzing sales trends to adjust prices for promotional sales, merchandizing products to increase sales, filing daily accounts receivable invoices, processing payments for contract and non-contract U.S. Cellular customers, opening new U.S. Cellular customer accounts for two year contract and pre-paid customers, assisting U.S. Cellular customers in choosing plans and cell phones to best meet their needs, recording daily totals for all U.S. Cellular payments.
