Duties include managing financial activities of the safe and store capital, copying/faxing billing documents, promoting and up-selling, lottery management, troubleshooting large monetary Pilot transactions, balancing cash levels, and keeping management informed of needed inventory.  Cracker Barrel, Cashier/Retail Feb 2011-Nov 2011 Duties included assisting guests with retail items and keeping all merchandise in full stock, ensured that all discounted merchandise had been properly adjusted in the computer database, and recorded hourly sales and transaction percentages for previous period comparison to promote company progress. Log Cabin Coffee House, Barista 2008-2009. Analyzed buying trends and constructed new sales promotions and advertising tools.  Worked closely with owner to seek quality improvement and increased profits by managing purchase opportunities.

Bob Barker, Detention Supplier, Kit Maker; performed assigned duties according to how much is needed to be processed, performed close out procedures by calculating how many items are to be shipped off, completed tasks in an efficient manner with minimum supervision (July 2007-February 2008). VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance), Tax Preparer, January 2012-March 2012. Prepared approximately 15 tax returns for qualifying individuals, verified calculations on tax forms, and answered any tax related questions utilizing previous education in taxation courses. Assisted with customer relations, prepared sandwiches, maintained store cleanliness, handled cash register transactions, facilitated evening closing procedures, supervised up to four employees per shift, delegated tasks, trained ten new employees, and calculated daily labor work.
