Sills Auto Sales, Inc., Buyer/Salesman, Dunn, North Carolina, June 2004-Present.  Responsibilities include the purchasing of pre-owned motor vehicles, coordination of maintenance and repair, assisting in sales and computerized finance operations including proper documentation and collection of payments.  Ronnie’s Auto Cleaning, Inc., Assistant Manager, Dunn, North Carolina, August 2002-Present.   Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, delegating detail tasks, maintaining employee productivity, addressing customer concerns, state vehicle inspection, payroll scheduling, and daily accounts.

Duties Greet clients; explain services; analysis financial documents; determine forms needed to prepare tax return; interview clients to obtain additional information on taxable income and deductible expenses and allowances; verify forms of others Prepares to detect errors; process tax return; explain bank services and bank products available; explain forms to customers; file paperwork; record, print, and distribute checks and answer phone calls. Food Lion, Sales Associate, Dunn, NC, (part-time) 2005-Present. Duties: Assist customers, process financial transactions, and bag purchased items, keep register area neat and clean, straighten ale.  Wal-Mart Super Center, Sales Associate, Fuquay-Varina, NC, (Christmas Season 2002) Electronic Department. Duties: Assist/direct customer; processed financial transactions, answer department calls; shock shelves; maintain visual supervision of department merchandise; cleaned and closed department.  Dudley Beauty Center, Receptionist, Spring Lake, NC, 2002.  Duties: Greeted clients; scheduled and confirmed appointments; process all financial transactions; pulled/filed service records; recorded time log of services received; issued/assisted new clients with proper forms; informed stylist of clients arrival; answered calls; processed fax and copies as needed; drafted/mailed “thank you” cards to clients; received mail; stocked professional shelves; sold retail products.  Hope Child Care and Development Center, Teacher Aide, Dunn, NC (part-time) 2002. Duties involved: writing for students with disabilities, preparing study materials for students, assisting professor in delivery of study materials to the students.

Experience in building a client base, dealing with complications that often arise when dealing with types of insurance, work place experience, being essentially self employed within the company allowing for further development of independence and work ethic. Goody's Family clothing, Lumberton, NC, October 2002- June 2006. Experience dealing with customers on a daily basis as an associate. Multiple occurrences of problem solving, interpersonal relations, and multitasking. Admissions Ambassador in the Campbell University admissions office. At Campbell University. August 2003-present day. Multitasking, interpersonal skills, phone monitoring, calling, filing student’s information, handling strictly confidential information, information distribution. USFF Soccer Referee, Lumberton, NC, August 2001-2004 (seasonal). Leadership abilities proved on multiple occasions; problem resolution on a daily basis.

Cary Rich Library, August 2005-present; computer lab resource assistant, helped students during library hours requirements were high-quality management skills and responsibility. Special skills: Translation Abilities in English/Arabic, Arabic/ English, English/Urdu, Urdu/English, and fluency in these languages.

 

EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES:

Trust club member ; Adam smith club member; Sectary of SAATH club requires organizing meeting dates for members and club officers, updating them  with all the activities and events that take place; Phi Beta Lambda (PBL) member.  Participated in PBL state competition and stood 6th place in International Business and Economic concepts.
