WORK EXPERIENCE:  Garvie Lee Trucking, family business, Aulander, NC, May 2002-present.  Work includes running errands, making deposits, and doing monthly reports of mileage, fuel, and all other transaction costs associated with the business, its equipment, and operator.  Carolina Home Agency, Ahoskie, NC, May-August 2003.  Experience included transporting clients safely from one designated place to another or going on errands on their behalf.  Involved handling small amounts of cash on a daily basis.  Windsor Elementary School, Windsor, NC, Intern August-December 2001:  Duties included sorting mail and filling officials mailboxes, collecting the total cash amounts raised for a specific fundraiser, and answering/transferring calls.  Tutor, Aulander, NC, October-April 2002.  Provided assistance after school to help students excel on the EOG tests along with school projects and assignments that they found particularly challenging. 
EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES:  Gilbert T. Stephenson Trust Club, Adam Smith Club, Student Entertainment (2002), American Red Cross blood drive volunteer (2001-2002).  Hobbies include cooking, tennis, and traveling.
