We cordially invite you to the 2007 session of the Fiduciary Essentials Forum. Campbell University, the Lundy-Fetterman School of Business, the Norman A. Wiggins School of Law, the Trust Education Foundation, the Kenelm Foundation, and The Fiduciary Education Center LLC share a proud tradition of offering informative, timely, quality continuing education programs for accountants, trust professionals, investment advisors and attorneys. The speakers are leading authorities in their respective professions and focus their remarks on “real world” solutions


The 2007 Fiduciary Essentials Forum will provide you with greater insight into the background of trusts, the cornerstones of fiduciary principals and activities frequently creating fiduciary risk. The following areas will be covered: Express vs. Implied Trusts, Revocable vs. Irrevocable Trusts, Personal vs. Charitable Trusts, Guardianships, Estates, and Attorneys-in-fact.
 

For the first 15 paid registrants staying at Grandover, the registration fee is discounted to $175.

Registration Information

 

We encourage you to return the enclosed registration form along with payment as soon as possible. We must limit participation to the first 100 received. If enrollment exceeds 100 when you form is received, you will be promptly notified and will, of course, receive a full refund. The registration fee of $250 ($225 for groups of five or more) includes lunch at Grandover, refreshments served at breaks, all program materials, and a certificate of attendance. Program Location and Accommodations

 

We encourage you to take full advantage of the Grandover experience.  You may make reservations to stay at the Grandover Resort and Conference Center call 1-800-472-6301. Please refer to “Campbell University” as the group booking.  The group rate is $169 per night (king) or $189 per night (double queen) plus applicable taxes. Directions to the Grandover Resort and Conference Center located at One Thousand Club Road are as follows:

 

Directions to Grandover from Piedmont Triad International airport: (16 Miles)

Enter onto Bryan Blvd. taking the Winston-Salem/High Point exit.
Bryan Blvd will turn into Highway 68 South.
Continue South on Highway 68, for 2 miles.
Exit onto Interstate 40 East.
Continue East on Interstate 40, for 8 miles.
Exit onto Highway 220 South, for 1 mile.
Take the Interstate 85 South exit.
Continue South on Interstate 85.
Exit on and turn right onto Groometown Road.
Next block turn left onto Grandover Parkway.
Continue South 1 mile on Grandover Parkway to the Resort.

 

Arriving from the South (Charlotte, Atlanta):

Follow Interstate 85 North, towards Greensboro.
Exit on and turn left onto Groometown Road.
Turn left at the first stoplight onto Grandover Parkway. 
The Resort entrance is on the right at 1 mile.

 

Arriving from the East (Durham,Raleigh):

Follow Interstate 40 West, into Greensboro.
Turn left onto Interstate 85 South, towards Charlotte.
Exit on and turn right onto Groometown Road.
Turn left at the first stoplight onto Grandover Parkway.
The Resort entrance is on the right at 1 mile.

 

Arriving from the West (Winston-Salem):

Follow Interstate 40 East, into Greensboro.
Exit onto Highway 220 South, for 1 mile.
Take the Interstate 85 South exit.
Continue South on Interstate 85, for 4 miles.
Exit on and turn right onto Groometown Road.
