As assistant manager my main duty was to ensure implementation of best practices while developing new initiatives to bolster success. Selected Project Experiences. Project #1: Led initiative to integrate pharmacy with front of store by cross training employees including CPhT certification. Project #2: Analyzed store operating statement to determine causes of diminishing profit margin and concluded that key factor was lack of private label sales; Resulted in development and implementation of project which brought about 4% increase in private label sales.
