Welcome

The Lundy-Fetterman School of Business is distinguished by many unique characteristics.

Philosophy of Business
The Lundy Chair of the Philosophy of Business, one of the nation's oldest free enterprise chairs, ensures that all students in the Business School appreciate the free enterprise system and understand the power and ethical nature of voluntary trade. Unlike many business programs, our students not only learn how to use their business education to earn a livelihood but they also develop an awareness of why markets exist and how they enhance our standard of living.

3+2 BBA/MBA Joint Degree Program
Lundy-Fetterman School of Business students may apply for admission to the Graduate Program in Business at the end of their junior year. By adding a fifth year to their program of study, applicants selected will be eligible to receive both the BBA and MBA degrees simultaneously.

Career Development and Placement
The Business School is the only individual school at Campbell University with a Career Development and Placement Office in-house. All Business School students are encouraged and welcome to visit our Career Development personnel for internship and job placement.

High 4-year graduation rate
Over 85% of the Business School students graduate with a bachelor's degree within 4 years of study. Most colleges and universities are selling 5 years due to lack of classes and strict curriculums.

Flexibility of majors
All majors within the Business School run parallel to one another within the first two years of study, allowing students the flexibility to change majors and/or add a minor to their course of study within the Lundy-Fetterman School of Business.

Mentor Program
Each and every incoming freshman into the Business School will be grouped with an upperclassmen student mentor to help with social adjustments, academic issues, and "belonging".

Leadership Development and Opportunities
The Lundy-Fetterman School of Business is home to the Dean's Academic Excellence Cabinet, multiple honor societies, and student-lead clubs for each major to allow leadership opportunities for students. Students also have the option of minoring in Management to learn team building and leadership skills.

Individual Attention
In the Business School, students are more than a number. All faculty and staff follow an open-door policy and are required to keep office hours. Staff members are available throughout the day to help students in anyway.

Three Prong System
Academic Advisor, Student Mentor, Success Coach: The three-prong approach partners students with a faculty member, staff member, and student mentor to help in the transition from high school to college, as well as, helping the student succeed in all areas.

Facilities
Housed within the Lundy-Fetterman School of Business is the Gilbert T. Stephenson Business Library which is open to all students for use. Our Folwell Lounge features an area for students to hang-out, as well as, tables and chairs for meetings and studying with groups; break-out rooms are also available within the building as study rooms. The Business School also manages Keith Hills Country Club, which features 27 holes of golf.
