Hardware
Each computer station in the ACC consists of an IBM compatible PC with color monitor, mouse, and mouse pad and three high-density drives: a 3.5" drive, a CD-ROM drive, and a Zip disk drive. The Proctors are very familiar with the equipment in the ACC and can help students with any problems that they may encounter with its use.
 

Software
The Proctors are available to help students with general questions regarding the use of the software. They are knowledgeable regarding the software used in the ACC.
