Academic Computer Center in the Lundy-Fetterman School of Business

Overview:
The Academic Computer Center (ACC) strives to enhance the learning experience for its users (currently enrolled students, faculty, and staff) through innovative and effective use of technology. The ACC’s mission is to create an environment that supports the educational pursuits and a wide variety of professional and personal needs of its users. To ensure that these goals are met, the ACC provides quality state-of-the-art software and hardware resources.  The ACC is staffed full-time by a computer professional or a student proctor. Academic work for classes takes priority over other uses. Assistance will be provided to students whenever possible, as long as the request is reasonable and does not violate any University policies.  Infractions of ACC rules may result in loss of computer privileges and/or use of the ACC and further discipline by the Dean.  The ACC provides printing, CD creation, audio and video access, and scanning. Each workstation has software for word processing, spreadsheet, database, slide presentation, and Web page development to support the academic community.
