Events & Activities

Representatives and students from the Biology department are currently in Costa Rica on a study abroad trip. Last summer (2010) they had the opportunity to work in medical facilities in Tanzania, Africa. Other faculty members led study abroad trips to Costa Rica and Hawaii over the past few years, where they studied  ecology, agriculture, native culture, and conservation.

Biology students are also invited to participate in events hosted by the Walker Biology Club and PreMed Allied Health Honors Society.
