Registration

Online late registration will be closed from March 17, 2012 until the meeting begins on March 23rd. For onsite registration, we will have online registration available so that you can electronically complete your registration and will be able to pay by credit card if you prefer.

For registration, please complete the online registration form (registration & abstract form) then proceed to the payment page.


Payment

Registration and Presentation fees are payable online using a credit or debit card or PayPal account during online Registration. The Non-Member registration rate includes your 2012 membership! Those who wish to renew their current NCAS membership can do so by simply paying the non-member rate. Registration includes heavy hors d’oeuvres at the poster session on Friday, and on Saturday a continental breakfast, box lunch and afternoon snack break. You can also register for the Awards Banquet, which will be held Saturday evening, for an additional fee.

Online payment is accessible from the Registration "Thank you" page. If you have already registered but not paid, you can go directly to the online payment form.

Only requirement is registration at the table in front of the lecture hall
