Apply By Mail

We recognize that not everyone is comfortable with supplying information over the internet. If you would prefer to apply by postal mail, you can send your completed application and application fee to:

If you would like to have an application packet sent to your home, request information by mail.The Admissions Office will send you a packet of information including a paper application.

Application Fee

The current application fee is $35. Fee waivers are accepted subject to approval. Fee waiver requests should be submitted in writing to the Admissions Office via email or postal mail. Application fees are non-refundable.
