Harnett County High School Senior. The first preference for the scholarships will be to students of Harnett County HBA members and/or students pursuing a career in a construction related field. Construction related field is to include: drafting, engineering, carpentry, electrical, etc. However, all students entering their freshman year at a four year college or two year technical college can be eligible for these scholarships depending on the number of applications received.
