Direct Costs- are those costs that are directly payable to Campbell University.

Tuition and Fees:  average charges for basic instructional costs and mandatory fees.  Actual fees paid may vary based on the number of credits carried each semester.

Room and Board:  an average amount for housing and food charges for students living on or off campus.

There is another cost associated with a college education that you should be aware of: indirect cost.  Every student assumes this cost no matter which school they choose to attend.  Basically, indirect cost is the cost associated with living our lives-entertainment, laundry, clothing, etc.  In determining the Cost of Attendance figure, Campbell University will include approximately $4,000 of indirect cost to cover these expenses associated with living.

Indirect Costs - will vary from student to student based on their personal habits.  The figures used for cost of attendance follow a national average.

Books and Supplies: an average amount expended for books and supplies.

Personal Expenses: entertainment, medical, laundry, toiletries, clothing, local transportation, etc.

Transportation: a modest allowance for non-local transportation, such as trips from campus to home.

Other Costs: an additional allowance may be included for expenses related to a disability or to paid dependent care.  Such expenses must be necessary for the student to attend the University and not be provided by other assisting agencies.  Please contact the Campbell Office of Financial Aid for more information.
