SUBJECT: Graduation Exercises (Please read carefully)
I am writing to acquaint you with the schedule of activities for the Winter 2009 Commencement Program which will be held on Saturday, December 12, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. in the Pope Convocation Center.
The lineup for the academic procession for the graduation exercises will begin at 9:00 a.m. in the Fred McCall Practice gymnasium in the rear of the Pope Convocation Center.
There will be a graduation rehearsal on November 18, 2009 at 4:00 p.m. in Turner Auditorium of the D. Rich Building.
Enclosed is a Graduation Participation Card. Please complete and return this card by December 1st to reserve your seat for the graduation lineup. Also, main campus undergraduates honor cord will be available in the Registrar’s Office, extended campus students should get their cord from their campus, and all graduates and first professional students should get their cord from their department. Requirements for honors are explained on page 25 of the University Bulletin. You may obtain your honor cord starting November 18, 2009.
