PeopleSmart Scholarship


Students need to be currently be enrolled in a public or private high school (9-12th grade). All participants must be U.S. citizens or a permanent resident of the United States.

Future of Technology Scholarship


• At least 16 years of age at the time of entry.
• Currently enrolled as a senior in high school or as a student in a college, university, technical or trade school located in the United States or Canada.
• Must be a United States or Canadian citizen or hold a current student visa.

• You must be a graduating high school senior or a freshman/sophomore in college.

My Alarm Center Criminal Justice Scholarship

• You must be studying law enforcement, law, criminal justice, or a related field and also:
• Be a graduating high school senior (May 2014) or freshman/sophomore in college
• NOT be related to any My Alarm Center staff or extended family
• Provide your essay in the format stated above with all the required information

Sports Unlimited Scholarship

• You must be a graduating high school senior or a freshman/sophomore in college.
• You can’t be related to anyone at Sports Unlimited.

Sunoco Rewards Scholarships

• You must complete all of the required steps.
• You must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Legal Resident of the U.S.
• You must be a graduating high school senior or a full-time college freshmen, sophomore or junior.

• Only one submission per student is permitted.

Emergency University Spring Scholarship

Eligibility requirements:

Westway Electric Supply Scholarship

Varsity Tutors offers a monthly $1,000 college scholarship contest to students who write the best essay in response to a monthly prompt starting January 1, 2013.

The top five entries with the most votes will be reviewed by Varsity Tutors and one winner will be chosen who will receive a $1,000 college scholarship.

B. Davis Scholarship

CleanEdison is looking for a bright, young scholar to write a 750 word essay on the growth of the clean energy and energy efficiency sectors, the effects this will have on job creation and the need for skills training to meet this demand. The essays will be evaluated on the quality of writing and depth of research on the topic.

Peace Scholarship 
You are eligible for this Peace Scholarship if both of these apply:

You are a high school senior or college freshman at time of application, AND
You can provide evidence of leadership and/or personal initiative in activities or in an organization (including volunteer of paid work) relating to peace and social justice, nuclear disarmament, and/or conflict resolution.

Simon Scholars  (America’s Promise Alliance)
Requirements for a student to remain active in the high school program: students must achieve at least a 2.7 GPA for their first semester of their junior year then a 3.0 GPA for the following 3 semesters through graduation from high school, participate in required events, maintain good conduct and communicate frequently with Simon Scholars Program staff.

Requirements for a student to remain active in the college program and receive funding during college: students must begin college the first semester following high school graduation, maintain full-time status (24 semester units per year or 36 quarter units per year), maintain at least a cumulative 2.0 GPA and remain in good standing with their institution. All students must provide required documentation electronically twice a year through the Simon Scholar Program student portal and request scholarship funding in a timely manner.

1800 Medical Scholarship
Student must be a high school graduate (or graduating senior) and have been accepted to a two-year or four-year college in the U.S. Must plan on attending school full time (at least 12 hours) in the upcoming fall semester. Must have spina bifida, a spinal cord injury, or transverse myelitis.
